- By registering you release Galway Simon staff and volunteers from any liability or responsibility for any injuries or damages, seen or unseen, sustained while taking part in the challenge.
- You agree to send your information to Galway Simon Community who agrees to use it according to their privacy policy.
- Events are for registered participants only.
- Galway Simon Community cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal effects, for personal accidents, for injury or loss to third parties.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you are healthy enough to take part in the event. Please seek medical advice if needed.
- Drugs and alcohol are not permitted during the event. Any participant believed to be under the influence will be required to leave the event.
- By publicly posting images, videos, or any other multimedia content, or by sharing same with us by email, you are consenting to their use by Galway Simon Community for marketing purposes.
