Join us this Summer Solstice for a sunrise gathering at Salthill Beach (opposite the Galway Bay Hotel).
We’ll begin with a short yoga session before taking a refreshing dip in the sea as the sun rises. A simple, meaningful way to start the longest day of the year, while raising awareness and funds.
Open to individuals, community groups, and corporate teams. 🌅

Welcome the sun, boost your wellbeing, and support those overcoming homelessness. Enjoy a dip as the sun rises over Galway Bay, some sea air, a warm treat, plenty of chat and the chance to win a raffle prize. Let’s gather together and honour the light within.

Your safety matters: lifeguards and first-aiders on site. Wear a bright swim cap, tow float, and wetsuit.
