About Laragh
An Advanced Yoga Alliance teacher with over 20 years of global experience, Laragh is known for her warm, inclusive teaching style. She has worked with everyone from elite athletes to beginners and is co-founder of The Yoga Shala, Yo!Fit, and SoulMoves. She is also a long-time supporter of Galway Simon Community and co-creator of Dip at Dawn, a biannual fundraising event at Salthill beach where participants gather to celebrate the Summer and Winter Solstice as the sun rises over Galway Bay.
