Join us for a relaxing and interactive half-day event focused on mindfulness, movement, and community.

Led by expert facilitators, the experience includes guided meditation, positive psychology and restorative movement to help you feel refreshed and reconnected.

Laragh will guide participants through practical, accessible movement and relaxation techniques designed to support both body and mind. Her session will focus on deepening our connection to ourselves and to our community through breath, movement and mindfulness.
 
About Laragh

An Advanced Yoga Alliance teacher with over 20 years of global experience, Laragh is known for her warm, inclusive teaching style. She has worked with everyone from elite athletes to beginners and is co-founder of The Yoga Shala, Yo!Fit, and SoulMoves. She is also a long-time supporter of Galway Simon Community and co-creator of Dip at Dawn, a biannual fundraising event at Salthill beach where participants gather to celebrate the Summer and Winter Solstice as the sun rises over Galway Bay.

She is the author of Awaken Your Wellbeing, a book dedicated to promoting emotional and mental health, with all proceeds supporting Galway Simon Community. She also hosts a podcast that shares powerful stories of resilience and hope.
