Participants can choose from either a 10KM or 10 mile distance. For first time participants in this run or for participants trying to clock up a personal best, the 10KM is the perfect match. At this distance, you can participate by running, jogging or walking. For participants who are looking for a greater challenge, the 10 mile run will suit. This distance is a great way to train for a half or full marathon.

Both routes for the run are flat and fast and will allow you to take in the beautiful scenery of Galway Bay. Participants must be 18 years of age or over. Every participant will be provided with a Timing Chip, Race Medal and Technical Running T-Shirt.

Galway Simon is running a 15% Early Bird offer of €21.25 until the 8th May 2015 and after this date the full registration fee of €25 will apply. Register today on www.galwaysimon.ie or call 091 394638. Proceeds from the event will go towards providing services for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Galway, Mayo and Roscommon.
