Talented Galway Musician, Michael Mulryan, has released a Christmas Song in Support of those Facing Homelessness in Galway this Christmas.
Support this CauseOur supporter Michael Mulryan has recorded his single ‘The Red Man’ in a bid to raise funds for those facing homelessness in Galway this Christmas.
Michael participated in our annual Sleep Out last October and the profound impact of the experience inspired him to raise even more funds to help tackle the current crisis.
‘The Red Man’ is Michael’s first ever public release and the song draws attention to the frivolity of Christmas; highlighting the fact that kindness and generosity can be encapsulated in a 4-6 week period then often forgotten by the turn of the new year.
Speaking about the initiative, Michael said “Galway Simon Community are a charity whose work I respect and have seen the beneficial effect that the help that they offer can give to those in dire straits”, he said, “I have been writing songs for a few years and have never finished recording or released any of them. I am delighted that my first release will go towards helping those in need”. 
The CD is now available to purchase in our shops on Sea Road and on Sean Mulvoy Road, at our stall in the Galway Christmas Market as well as in:
