About the Heartlands 2021 Challenge

The extraordinary Paul Franklin, a.k.a. ‘The Spinal Fusion Guy’, is undertaking a massive challenge in aid of Galway Simon’s frontline services. The Heartlands 2021 Challenge, which commenced on Friday the 9^th of July, will raise much needed funds for Galway Simon Community and LauraLynn – Ireland’s Children’s Hospice. Paul will travel by foot from Malin Head to Misen Head and will make the return journey by bicycle. The gruelling endeavour will take between 10-12 weeks to complete, covering a total distance of 2021km. A truly monumental effort.
