Dip a Day in May Challenge
A Dip a Day for the month of May Challenge
This May, Galway Simon is calling on all sea swimmers, fitness enthusiasts and everyone in between, to take part in our brand new ‘Dip a Day in May’ Facebook challenge in support of those facing homelessness in the West. As we enter the summer months, what better way to enjoy the finer weather than a dip a day at your nearest beach, river or pier.
Sea swimming not your thing… no problem! Why not take your #DipaDay in an ice bath in the garden, a paddling pool or even a cold shower?!
Why Take Part?
It’s simple; kick-start your summer well-being while raising awareness and funds for those at risk of, or experiencing homelessness in our community. Embrace that lovely rush of endorphins as you first enter the water and cherish the feel-good factor of knowing you’re helping others during this critical time of need.
You’ll also get to join the Dip a Day in May Facebook group where you can connect with other participants, share photos, get tips, and be inspired. Plus there’s a free #DipaDay t-shirt for anyone that registers their details in the group.
